Enquired for a quote online, where Bespoke property solutions got back to me with a price, date and time. The men who arrived at my property did not chap on my door to let me know they had arrived. They put the ladders against the tree, had a look at the tree then 5 minutes later they were packed up and left in the van. They messaged me saying their ladders were too small and would come back with bigger ones, then did not come back. We have tried messaging and phoning them however no reply. Very disappointed. They obviously underpriced the job though looking at photos instead of coming to give us a quote in person, and felt it wasn’t worth their time, however they did not give us the opportunity to negotiate a new price or to discus why they were leaving.

I am very disappointed to leave this review, I had Adam and his team in before and I was delighted with the result so I had no hesitation to hire them again. But it has been an absolute disaster I got them in to change two rooms as due to my advanced cancer am unable to do the work myself, one room was completed to a very good standard however the other room was left just all in the middle of the room and the front garden not touched, I paid in advance as I trusted Adam to complete the work, since then I have heard nothing and all calls are going unanswered, so Adam if you read your reviews either please come and complete the work or give me a refund so I can get a different gardener, Extremely disappointed but lesson learned not to trust anyone to pay in advance, I would now never recommend this company to anyone I feel they have taken terrible advantage of a terminal lady, very poor

Adam and did a very good job cleaning my roof he left everything clean and tidy. His price was very reasonable and I would recommend him to anyone.
